Our prayer support meeting is next

Monday, 18th  September 2017

at St Leonard’s Church, (Topsham Road) – 7.30pm

A lorry load of humanitarian aid and other goods were sent to Moldova at the beginning of August and arrived safely a week later. We are thankful to those who came out on a very wet night to load the lorry after it had been delayed a couple of days waiting to unload here in the UK before coming to us.

We now have a real challenge ahead. We must encourage Churches, Schools and everyone to make as many really good Christmas boxes for the hundreds of poor children who would otherwise have nothing at Christmas. Last year we managed to take over three thousand boxes as well as many family boxes. Let’s hope we can do the same this Christmas. It is lovely to see we also have some lovely boxes for grannies and grandpas; a real surprise for them

Hugh has been in Moldova and will bring us an up to date report at the meeting.
